We're excited to announce the launch of our latest innovation, the Rippin Moto E-Moto Wheels Sets, designed specifically for electric dirt bikes like the Sur-Ron, Talaria, and E-Ride Pro. These wheels are engineered for the demands of off-road riding.
The Rippin Moto E-Moto Wheels Sets feature:
- Quality and craftsmanship: Every component is crafted and tested to deliver long-lasting performance.
- CNC-machined aluminum hubs: The hubs are CNC-machined from 6082-T6 aluminum.
- 36-hole construction: High-quality stainless steel spokes and 65Mn nipples are tension-tested for optimal performance right out of the box.
- Three-stage heat-treated rims: The rims are crafted from heat-treated 7116-T6 alloy and undergo a three-stage heat treatment process for enhanced durability.
CNC-machined aluminum hubs
At the core of the wheels are CNC-machined 6082-T6 aluminum hubs, precision-machined from a solid piece of aluminum alloy.

36-hole construction
The Rippin Moto E-Moto Wheels feature a 36-hole construction. The number of spokes spreads load across the wheel, which matters when riding on rough terrain.
We selected high-grade stainless steel spokes for their strength and corrosion resistance, and 65Mn manganese steel nipples to maintain spoke tension and wheel alignment. Each wheel is tension-tested before shipment.
Three-stage heat-treated rims
The Rippin Moto E-Moto Wheels feature rims crafted from heat-treated 7116-T6 alloy, which undergoes a three-stage heat treatment process intended to enhance the rim's durability and strength.
Wheel sizes at launch
At launch we offered the Rippin Moto E-Moto Wheels in the following sizes for the Sur-Ron, Talaria, E-Ride Pro, and other compatible electric dirt bikes:
- Front 19x1.4 + Rear 16x1.85
- Front 21x1.6 + Rear 18x2.15
- Front 21x1.6 + Rear 19x1.6
- Front 19x1.4 + Rear 19x1.6
