Sell Rippin Moto parts in your shop

Rippin Moto is a rider-owned business in the high desert of Central Oregon. We make performance parts and upgrades for e-moto (electric dirt bikes), with a second line for gas MX and enduro bikes. If you run a shop or an online store, apply below to carry our parts.

Why partner with Rippin Moto

  • Parts your riders ask for. Wheels, wheelsets and Ready-to-Ride packages, brake rotors and adapters, tires and tubes, chains and sprockets, footpegs, bar mounts and titanium hardware.
  • A small crew, no robots, no runaround. You deal directly with the people who run the business and know the parts.
  • Straight answers on stock. Wheels, wheelsets and Ready-to-Ride packages are built to order. Most other parts are normally stocked.
  • One MAP policy for every dealer. It's enforced, so nobody wins by undercutting.
  • Run a Shopify store? You can also carry our line through Shopify Collective. Details in section 02.

Selling on Shopify? Carry our line through Shopify Collective.

Rippin Moto is a supplier on Shopify Collective. With the free Shopify Collective app, you import our products into your store and sell them. When a customer orders, the order comes to us, we fulfill it and it ships straight to your customer. Tracking syncs back to your store.

Your store needs to be in the US, use US dollars and have Shopify Payments set up, because Collective only connects stores in the same country and currency. Shopify's full requirements.

04Documents

We need two documents to review your application:

  • Your business license
  • A photo of your storefront and/or inventory

05Terms & signature

Please read these before you sign. They apply to every Rippin Moto dealer.

Terms & Conditions

We, (your company's name), would like to apply to be a Rippin Moto Reseller for e-moto and motorcycle parts & accessories. We agree to keep the dealer prices that Rippin Moto offers to us confidential, not to disclose such information to any third party, and never sell below MAP to end-users. We understand that violation of this agreement will terminate our business relationship with Rippin Moto and make us obligated to compensate for any damage caused by the disclosure.

Strict MAP Enforcement Policy - Minimum Advertised Price

Rippin Moto requires all dealers to strictly follow our MAP Policy and the MAP policies of other brands we may carry. MAP pricing for each product is listed on our dealer pricing sheets as well as on our website (http://www.RippinMoto.com/). Dealers that are found to be in violation of MAP pricing will be given ONE warning and be immediately put on probation. 2nd offenses will result in immediate termination of dealer account and buying privileges. When price wars start no one gains anything. As a company our product is devalued and credibility as a reliable wholesaler is reduced. As a dealer your profit is reduced. Dealers who have customers reselling any of our products or partner products must be sure their customers are in compliance with our terms to maintain Rippin Moto dealership status. Please note that dealers are not allowed to advertise on Amazon or Ebay sales channels (unless approved). Please see Advertising Policy below.

Advertising Policy

Rippin Moto has established contracts in place to sell exclusively on Amazon.com and EBay.com sales channels, Rippin Moto reserves the right to exclusively sell on Amazon and Ebay and does not allow its dealers or internet retailers to compete on these sales channels. Dealers may advertise on their own websites, storefronts and other 3rd party websites so long as MAP policies are followed. Rippin Moto reserves the right to contract and restrict future 3rd party sales channels.
