The design of the idle screw head is angled for easy grip to adjust your fuel injection idle rpm using your finger tips.

300 TE Husky idle screw

I installed the Graham Jarvis map and my Husky immediately turned into a ripper, but would no longer idle! Husqvarna for some reason sets the idle with a buried locktighted alan head screw. The "Rippin Moto Idle Screw" was definitely the fix, though no fault of the product, was tough to install. Lots of youtube videos out there to get it done. Personally I used a soldering gun to superheat the existing screw and soften the locktight, and then had to clean up the threads with a tap before installing the Rippin screw. I had extra washers and o-rings that didn't apply to my bike, but I used one washer and the retaining spring worked great.
