Expedited Shipping Policies

We offer expedited shipping options to get your order processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Please review the details below:

Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same business day.

Orders Placed After Cutoff
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

Expedited Shipping Options

  • UPS 2nd Day Air – Delivered 2 business days after dispatch
  • USPS Priority Mail (2–3 Day) – Delivered 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • UPS Next Day Air – Delivered 1 business day after dispatch

Weekend & Holiday Deliveries
Expedited shipping services do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Basic Shipping Policies

  • Most orders placed during regular business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday) ship within 24 hours.
  • Orders are processed and shipped during standard business hours only.
  • Overnight shipping orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered on weekends.
  • Due to USPS regulations, packages containing lithium-ion batteries cannot be shipped to APO or FPO addresses.

Free Shipping Policy (Important)

Free shipping is available only under the following conditions:

  • Order subtotal of $75 or more (after discounts)
  • Shipping address within the continental United States (lower 48 states)

Orders containing tires are excluded from free shipping.

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories or protectorates (including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO)
  • International orders

Free Shipping Service Level
Eligible free-shipping orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS Priority Mail (2–3 Day) at our discretion.

Shipping carrier and service selection for free shipping is determined by Rippin Moto based on order contents and destination.

Wheel, Wheelset & Ready-to-Ride (RTR) Lead Times

Many of our wheels, wheelsets, and ready-to-ride (RTR) packages are built and finished to order. Because these products may require custom sizing, fitment configuration, and in-house assembly, they often have longer processing times than in-stock small parts.

Typical Lead Times

  • In-stock wheels / components: typically ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Built-to-order wheels and wheelsets: typically require 2–3 weeks before shipment.
  • Ready-to-Ride (RTR) wheelsets (includes tires): typically require 3 weeks before shipment. Please note depending on availability certain colors may require additional anodizing or powder coating time.

Lead times may vary based on current build volume, configuration complexity, and parts availability. If you need your wheels by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll confirm the most accurate timeline.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information and delivery updates by email.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping via DHL to many destinations worldwide.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order contents.
  • If shipping rates are not available for your address, please contact support@rippinmoto.com or use our contact form for a custom quote.
  • International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.

Additional Terms

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • We reserve the right to impose quantity limits, cancel orders, or discontinue products at our discretion.
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon shipment.
