Blackline Supermoto Wheelset

Configure a Blackline supermoto wheelset for your bike. Choose from the wheel diameters and rim widths listed for your model, then select your finish. Tires and tubes are sold separately.

Each set uses 7116-T6 aluminum rims, 6082-T6 hubs, stainless steel spokes, and aluminum nipples. Front and rear wheels with bearings, seals, and rim strips.

Built to order: approximately 2-3 weeks before shipment, plus an estimated 7-10 business days in transit.

The 2026 Sur-Ron Light Bee X has a 108 mm front fork spacing (110 mm on 2018-2025 bikes), so choose Sur-Ron LBX 2026 under Bike Model for a 2026 bike.

Choosing a rim width

Rim width determines which tire widths suit the wheel. Wider rear rims take wider tires and need the clearance on your bike to run them.

If you are not sure which width suits your bike and tire, contact us with your model and year before you order.

How it is built and shipped

Blackline wheels are built to Rippin Moto's specification by our wheel builder and ship direct to you.

Our current lead time is 2-3 weeks to build, then an estimated 7-10 business days in transit after shipment. The Magnesium finish adds about five additional business days to the build time. If you need the set by a specific date, contact us before you order so we can confirm timing.

Anodized-part care

Wash anodized parts with mild soap and water only. Do not use sodium hydroxide (caustic soda)-based cleaners, including wheel cleaners or iron removers that contain sodium hydroxide. These chemicals can damage the anodized finish and cause discoloration or fading. Six-month warranty coverage for anodized parts requires proper care; damage caused by improper cleaning is not covered.

Wheels-only sets are built to our spec and ship direct from the wheel builder to you. Free standard shipping in the lower 48.

Transit takes an estimated 7-10 business days after shipment.

You may cancel your built-to-order wheel order without a cancellation fee within 48 hours of order confirmation. Changes requested within that period have no change-order fee; any price difference still applies. After 48 hours, a change-order fee applies. Cancellation and change charges depend on the type of request and your order's production stage. Email support@rippinmoto.com with your order number. We will confirm the applicable charges before processing your request.

Mounted means either tires fitted to wheels or wheels installed on a bike. Mounted, installed, or ridden wheels and tires are not eligible under the standard unused-item return policy. Full policy.

The rim is 7116-T6, a 7000-series aluminum alloy, extruded by a NHTSA-registered motorcycle rim manufacturer. It is laced to a machined 6082-T6 hub with stainless steel spokes, built to our spec by our wheel build team. Brake rotors and rear sprocket are not included; installation and transfer of your stock parts are still needed.

How long will my set take?

Are the bearings installed?

Yes. Bearings and seals come pressed in, and the rim strips are fitted.

Are axle spacers included?

Yes, on every bike except the Altis Sigma.

Do rotors and a sprocket come with it?

No. Brake rotors and rear sprocket are not included. Transfer your stock parts or order new ones separately. Installation and any required hardware transfer are still needed.

Are tires included?

No, so you can run the tires you want. The Ready-to-Ride version of this set comes with tires mounted.

What's the warranty?

Can I return it?

Unused, unmounted wheels can be returned within 30 days of delivery through the returns portal, which gives you an RA number. After shipment, a 30% restocking fee applies to standard finishes and 40% to custom finishes, and return shipping is at your cost.

Mounted means either tires fitted to wheels or wheels installed on a bike. Mounted, installed, or ridden wheels and tires are not eligible under the standard unused-item return policy. Because Ready-to-Ride sets arrive with tires mounted by Rippin Moto, requests to return those sets are reviewed case by case. Contact us for approval before sending a set back.
