Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? If your purchase didn’t meet expectations, we’re here to help. Most new, unused, and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Item is new, unused, unopened, and uninstalled
Item is in resalable condition
All original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, and accessories are included
Packaging is unaltered, intact, and undamaged

Return Refusals

Rippin Moto reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the eligibility requirements.

We do not accept returns for:

Used, installed, mounted, damaged, or modified items
Items showing signs of wear, use, or installation
Consumed or unsalable products
Items missing original packaging, parts, labels, or accessories

Wheels & Wheelsets — Return Policy (Important)

Due to the nature of wheel and tire products, additional conditions apply:

Used wheels, wheelsets, and tires are not eligible for return.
Any wheel or wheelset that has been mounted, installed, or ridden is considered used and non-returnable.

Free Shipping Recovery Fee

Wheelsets that qualified for free shipping are subject to an additional $45 restocking fee if returned.

Damage & Condition Assessment

Wheelsets returned with scratches, cosmetic damage, or signs of improper handling may receive a partial refund, or
Be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, at Rippin Moto’s discretion.

All wheel and wheelset returns are subject to inspection before any refund is approved.

Return Window & Fees

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
Returns for items that qualified for free shipping may have original shipping costs deducted from the refund

Return Instructions

All returns must be authorized prior to being sent back. To initiate a return, please use our self-serve returns portal:

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with return instructions.

Returns sent without an approved RA# may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

Refunds & Processing

Refunds apply to the item price only, excluding shipping and restocking fees
Refunds are processed within 48–72 hours after returned items are received and inspected
Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for an exchange
Refunds may be denied for misuse, abuse, or fraudulent claims

Warranties

Most products are covered by a 1-Year U.S. Parts & Labor Warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise noted.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification

Warranty coverage applies to products used in off-road or motorsports applications only. Shipping costs are not covered under warranty.

Motorsports Use & Liability Disclaimer

WARNING: MOTORCYCLE RIDING CAN BE DANGEROUS AND MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.

Rippin Moto products are made for off-road use or Motorsports use ONLY, and may never be installed on vehicles that will be driven on a public road or highway.

MOTORSPORTS for the purposes of this disclaimer are classified as any motorcycling activity that takes place off of a public highway in a competitive or timed racing environment (race track).

Purchaser of any Rippin Moto products expressly ASSUMES THE RISK of all personal, property and economic injury, death, damage or loss, either direct or indirect, arising from the use and misuse of Rippin Moto products in all environments including, racing, motorsports, timed motorsport events, on high way use, street use and conventional passenger vehicle use.

The purchaser assumes all risk of personal injury, property damage, economic loss, or death arising from the use or misuse of Rippin Moto products in any environment, including but not limited to racing, motorsports, street use, or highway use.
