"personally switching to these bigger rotors was way more of a significant upgrade for my Surron's braking performance than when I previously went from stock calipers to aftermarket calipers"
Why Upgrade?
When it comes to pushing the limits on your Surron or other electric bikes, having reliable brakes isn't just a preference—it's essential. That's why we developed the Rippin Moto 250mm Race Spec Rotor, engineered to deliver superior stopping power and reduce brake fade, so you can ride harder and safer.
Less Brake Fade
25% more thermal mass dissipates heat effectively, preventing brake fade during intense rides.
More Stopping Power
Larger diameter provides greater leverage, allowing you to slow down faster with the same pressure.
Built for Durability
Engineered with high-quality materials to withstand extreme conditions and prolonged use.
Community-Driven Design
We incorporate rider feedback to create products that meet real-world demands of extreme sports.

Front & Rear Rotor Gaurds
CNC Aluminium guards to protect your brake rotors from bashing against rocks and other things. The rear rotor guard has a built-in 250mm caliper adapter.
Simple Installation
Model-Specific Caliper Adapters Required
- Due to the increased size, you'll need the appropriate adapter for your bike.
- During the checkout process, you will be asked what model of bike you have and what front forks are you riding.
- If you are running the rotor gaurds, the rear rotor has a built in 250mm caliper adapter, so no rear caliper adapter is required.
- Optionally, add a caliper shim kit for precise alignment if you have aftermarket calipers.
