Intermediate Terrain Traction for Youth and Mini Bikes
The Bridgestone Motocross M404R is the rear tire of Bridgestone's M403/M404 motocross pair, made for intermediate terrain on youth and mini bikes. Bridgestone rates the pair durable, with excellent bite, and calls the M403/M404 its most versatile off-road tire for small and mini bikes. Available rear tire sizes: 70/100-10, 80/100-12 and 90/100-14.
Race-Derived Tread and Casing
The M404R uses Bridgestone's race-proven tread design patterns and rubber compounds on a fine-tuned casing construction, derived from its factory SX/MX and off-road racing tires. Bridgestone lists the M403/M404 as comparable to the Dunlop MX3S, Michelin MS3/MH3 and Pirelli Scorpion MX32/MX554. It is a tube type tire, so it runs with an inner tube.

The 90/100-14 M404R is the rear tire Rippin Moto mounts on its 17 x 1.60 / 14 x 1.85 Blackline Ready-to-Ride wheelsets, paired with the 70/100-17 M403F front. Bridgestone approves the 90/100-14 for rims 1.85 to 2.50 in wide, which covers the 1.85 rear rim. Check the approved rim width for your size in the specifications below before mounting.
